I Want to Give Injured Migrating Birds a Second Chance

About 40% of the world's birds migrate - many flying thousands of miles. It is an epic migratory journey they will take this fall but it is not without risks. Millions of birds are susceptible to injuries caused by humans along the way. For some, it's a vehicle impact or a window impact that disrupts their long-distance journey. When an injury such as this occurs, it is important that we are prepared to help the injured heal and continue their way to their winter destination.
